This warm vintage enabled us to produce Grüner Veltliner wines which are exceptionally concentrated and practically unrivalled in their density.
After initially suffering from frost, this vintage showed its best side in late autumn and presented us with wonderfully concentrated wines which can be cellared for many years to come.
After an exceptionally cool autumn, we decided to produce a limited quantity of Federspiel for the first time. With only 12% alcohol, the wine is very light and airy, offering a wonderful aroma of white blossoms and plenty of peppery spice on the nose. This spiciness continues on the palate, making the wine incredibly easy to drink.
